What Happens After You Call

3. The appointment is set, and we let you know what preparation the property needs before the technician arrives.
4. The technician inspects the exterior first, applies a perimeter barrier treatment around the foundation and entry points, then moves to interior treatment where active pest pressure is found.
5. Before leaving, the technician explains what was applied, what to watch for, and what comes next, whether that is a follow-up visit or a scheduled recurring appointment.
